Today, 17 April 2008, Sylvan Strickland and I met James Riley at the Old Center Methodist Church Cemetery located in Henry County, Alabama.  James is the gentleman who was employed to replace the headstones of John, Sr. and Mary Whitaker Riley--- Daniel, Mary Ann Brannon Riley and Lucinda Eural Riley---

Edward R. Riley, Sr. and Mary Outlaw Riley---Moses Riley and Sarah Enfinger Riley.  The old headstones were placed in concrete at the foot of the new stones.

This completed Mr Riley's work and he was paid in full.

 

I am sending you pictures of the graves in a series of emails.  I have more pictures taken with a different camera which I will send to you later.  Also, I will send you a complete accounting of those who contributed and the monies spent.
